  Please use caution doing business with this agency. My mom has been a client for over After 30 years and has experience great customer service until now. She alway paid here premiums on time and only has two automotive glass claims that she can remember. However, recently the customers service is terrible and Josh Drew is arrogant and argumentative and downright abusive. He recently committed what I would call fraud and potentially illegal activity when he contact me ( my mother son) during a call today with Josh Drew, Josh told me that he called me a while back and that he did not identify himself as an insurance agent and inquired about My moms house being for sale. It was for sale by owner and I was the contact. After the call Josh took it upon himself to contact my mom's home owner insurer and instructed the insurer the home vacant and a hazard. ( I confirmed this fact today with Foremost Insurance that Josh had informed them of this. This resulted in the Foremost insurance company cancelling my mom home owners insurance. Josh was incorrect and wrong in doing this and it may be illegal and it is diffenitely unethical and not what and insurance agency should be doing. . My mom who is 84 years young still resides In her home. however. splits her time between her home and my home In Rhode Iskand until her home sells. I have already filed a formal complaint with Foremost insurance and also I intend to file a formal complaint with the Massachusetts insurance commissioner, the Carver council for the aging , and the Massachusetts state department of elderly affairs.

  John Hickey lied about his mothers house and car. when his mother had a glass claim and it came back with the RI address to do the work I called Marian to confirm and the house number was disconnected. I then called John back and asked if his mother still lived at her house (as we insure the Auto and the home) in which He insisted his mother was just going to RI for a doctors appointment at the time of her window cracking. when I went out to check to see if she was indeed living there I found the house Vacant with a for sale sign out front. I then called the number on the for sale sign to figure out how long the house had been vacant as I do with any property I find vacant. wouldn't you know it was her son John who answered. (as he was the listing agent) He told me all about his mother. That she hadn't lived there in months, that she was living with him in RI and that he could show me the house anytime. when I called him back at the office phone to ask him what was going on, he was extremely Rude and began screaming saying you have no right to go on his mothers property and hung up. his mother called us back an hour later who we loved and were very respectful too and said she was very sorry about her son she didn't know he lied about the house being up for sale. I explained to her that due to the winter coming we would have to switch the policy to a vacant dwelling which was more money. she then said she was very embarrassed because she trusted her son to take care of her things and she loved us and the way we treated her and that's when I told her not to worry we would stay on the policy as long as the heat was turned up to 60 and it sold within a year. we could have issued a cancellation due to material misrepresentation due to her Rude son. but we didn't the house sold in February about 5 months later.
